My goal is to help companies understand their challenges, opportunities and value in implementing Lean Agile and Scrum to their organization, and to participate in meaningful ways within my Agile community.
Taking on the Advanced Certified Scrum Master certification was INSPIRING and I actively invest in my personal growth in Agile Coaching to be the best advocate for my teams and clients. I am well versed in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, DevOps, diverse and traditional business models from start ups to large scale distribution. Through my career experiences, I have developed excellent tool sets, foresight that begets integrity in my business relationships, strategically helping to build solutions for optimum benefit & cost savings that revitalize fragility and deterioration into continuous process improvement infrastructure.
As an Advanced Certified Scrum Master (2019 A-CSM) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (2015 - CSPO), I believe that the Scrum process breathes accountablity, innovation and creativity back into the development process.
As an Information Services Manager of a 256M/year multi-location heavy duty company I negotiated and managed numerous IT & facilities related contracts including hardware maintenance, an Microsoft's EA/SA, promoted VoIP and unified communications, spearheaded SDLC community manager and change control software, consistently look to improve the User Experience. Has been designing and implementing DevOps business application solutions since 1993.
