Began his Agile journey at Asymtec, learning what works and does not work on kanban boards. Took that knowledge to Qualcomm, where he practiced agility on embedded systems first with Lean, then experimental XP and finally Scrum.

He then took the entrepreneurial plunge and built Black Chicken Studios, inc., a software consultancy and game developer. He was able to continue his experiments with XP, Scrum, kanban, and SAFe to successfully implement frameworks at 14 companies.

He also hates talking about himself in the third person.

These days, he's inspired by gamification and the resurgence of XP.
