I thrive on challenges and love breaking down requirements, removing impediments, and helping teams move past blockers to drive solutions. In fact, one of my core strengths is being able to diagnose problems in difficult areas of software.

Previously, I was the Scrum Master for Autocrib - the original innovator of the industrial vending machine. Within the first year, I transformed the development team to a completely new way of working, onboarded two scrum teams, and documented the transition to other departments.
