About
Lutz Müller is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner. He specialized in helping teams and organizations develop high performing teams and agile mindsets. Since discovering Scrum as a developer he focused on helping teams transition from traditional project management to Scrum which led to transparency, innovation and a happy working atmosphere. Later Lutz helped teams and organizations as a Scrum Master to become (more) Agile. His mission is to improve not only teams but also organizations when adopting Scrum.
He is the creator of the Scrum Master Journal. The Journal is the self-guided tool for successful Scrum Masters who want to work in a goal-oriented, structured and focused manner.
