Emirates Group, Business Systems Manager
September 2013 - May 2017, Dubai, Dubai, AE
In 2012, Emirates decided to transform the Passenger Service System and the Availability processors in its domain.
During my role as Manager Business Solutions/Business Systems Manager in this programme, I acted as (Strategic) Product Owner in the area of Airline Availability and Inventory solutions. I was from the Revenue Optimization area within the Airline and since mid-2012, we started collating the requirements for this transformation initiative from the department. At a later point in time when we had “projects” and features defined, I participated as “tactical” PO, maintaining backlogs, participating in Sprints.
