Liudmyla Karpova is an Agile practiotioner, trainer and coach who holds a range of supporting Certificates (CSM, CSPO, Certified Less Practiotioner, Kanban Management Professional KMP Foundation II). When working with distributed teams in 2013 I realized the value of Agile approaches and focused on Agile as a philosophy and working method. Since then I've been working as a Scrum Master, sometimes combining the role with a PO role for the support team or a Scrum Master Lead growing Scrum Masters from volunteers in my teams or an Agile Coach supporting the Agile Journey on the organizational level as currently. I've recently become a partner in Scrum Ukraine, the company that defined the purpose to promote Scrum and Agile approaches to do business. While working for the clients from all over the world, I've gained an immese experience helping organisations improve through training them how to become learning organisations and using Scrum values and principles to become agile.
