I am a passionate Agile Consultant worked in agile projects for over 12 years. One of the early adopters in Malaysia has had experience the success and the fail stories in Agile transformation in a string of projects/programs I actively involved in.
Recent exposure in Agile see me more involving in Programs, Large Solutions or Enterprise Portfolio level as an Agile coach with frameworks like SAFe,LeSS and Enterprise Lean Kanban.
Also a lucky father blessed two smart boys. Learning to be a good father and exploring the new experience in life to rediscover the world again thru the little ones.
Something I learned from my experience is that, the determination to contribute for good of the team has always fetch us new knowledge and experience for ourself to grow. Happy to share and eager to learn.
