Liam Hislop
I have been a leader and manager for almost 20 years. I learned how to accomplish IT projects in an ad hoc method when I started. After many failing projects, I knew there had to be a better way and began to learn more about project management. After practicing various incarnations of waterfall, and seeing the problems, I happened to see a talk by a colleague about how they used SCRUM to make successful projects. I immediately learned everything I could, and took the CSM training. I then took it back to my office and began to shift every project that my teams and classes worked on towards SCRUM.
