Laurie Close

I graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in Organizational Communication and a minor in Psychology. My career journey led me through the dynamic environments of Microsoft and Costco, where I honed my skills in release management while earning certifications in SCM, CSPO, SAFe, Lean, Kanban, and more. My curiosity soon blossomed into a passion for professional coaching, seeking to understand myself and my teams on a deeper level.

The intersection of inner agility and professional coaching transformed me in ways I never imagined. Through ORSCC Professional Team Coaching, CTI, and ACI training, I've discovered the profound truth that we are always in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the world we inhabit. This awareness has been nothing short of life-changing.
