I have years of experience in QA, but even more fun than finding bugs is preventing them. I now teach development teams - Product Owners, Developers, and QAs how to prevent bugs from ever being released to QA, much less released to Production. One team that I coached delivered two bugs into Production - in an entire year!
We eliminated the bugs by using Specification by Example/BDD; my career is now all about teaching and coaching this product development methodology.
