Larry Baker

I am an adaptable PMP certified PM who is communicating in new ways to reach others in order to increase collaboration and create value.

Strategic and critical thinking are my main areas of concentration. My work in education over the last ten years has created new opportunities to expand my skills in communication, presentation, organization, course design and mentoring. The chance to connect with fellow learners drew me to education and is now bringing me into new areas, with an emphasis on project management.

My latest projects include a learning project on metrics, web based training, resource planning within industrial groups, and project management critical path analysis. The wide range of project management software available crosses across education into other areas of business. Attending to the intersection between these two fields, through my current studies in management, is opening new horizons and enlarging my view of the application of my skills.

The goal is to continue to develop my skills and proceed into an area of management that combines well with my communication, critical thinking, organization, and interpersonal skills.
