About
I am Leonardo Adell, a System Engineer, Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner, currently working as a Scrum Master. I have lead several teams using agile methodologies mostly scrum, keeping each team focused, motivated, and ensuring the teamwork is always of a high standard. Also, I have vast experience applying remote Team Management with a distributed team in different locations.
I have good experience working with clients in the USA so I'm aware of time shifts among locations and keep the teams and clients on constant synchronization helping to remove obstacles in communication and facilitating their work.
