I fully support the Agile Manifesto. My Goal is: “To utilize the Agile framework known as Scrum, to help bring in software development projects on time and on budget giving the customer the satisfaction of getting working software in a timely manner."
Independent Consultant since 1994 and have recently provided Agile/Scrum Training, Coaching and worked as the ScrumMaster for the a number of fortune 100 companies.
Ken Provides Agile and Scrum Implementations, Training and Coaching Consulting Services to Fortune 500 companies. Ken has over 30 years experience in the IT field working his way through Operations to Software Development and Project Management. He’s been involved with several successful Scrum implementations at fortune 500 companies, (Key Bank, General Mills, Target and WalMart most recently) and he has had experience with several high profile state government projects throughout his career.
Ken is now providing three day training courses for the new PMI ACP certification through his new company Agile Foundation Training Corporation.
