Katerina Nikolovska

Katerina Nikolovska passionate about Agile principles and mind-sets, believes that such principles and mind-sets can improve the world of work and even more, those can be applied in many other aspects of our life.

Very gladly accepted the opportunity to become Scrum Master in a company where started as Senior Software Engineer, and truly enjoyed in the role, which resulted in great team work, in quite international and remote team, with many people encountering Agile for the very first time, a team where people, share their knowledge, help each other, raise problems, where blame is not in the vocabulary or on mind, instead where terms and practices for continuous learning and improvement are used.

Currently working as a Scrum Master, responsible for Scrum implementation and continuous improvement of the overall process and way of working, introducing Scrum events, values and techniques, as well as training and coaching of the team about Scrum and Agile.

Previously as Software Engineer, as well as a Lead Software Engineer, had a possibility to be Agile practitioner and to see in practice and apply in everyday development work, Scrum, XP and Kanban.

Recently started working on personal agility, trying to do more of what really matters.
