After studying computer science in Aachen, Germany Kai enjoyed being a software developer, software architect, team lead and technical project manager. Kai started to use Scrum back in 2007 while looking for better ways to organize team work and has been working in and with single Agile teams up to multi-million dollar organizational transformations.
Kai holds the two highest peer-reviewed professional accreditations in the industry, the Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) titles from the Scrum Alliance.
