Ken Rubin is an internationally recognized agile thought leader and author of Essential Scrum, Amazon’s #1 best-selling book on Scrum. As founder of Innolution, he helps organizations improve enterprise flow, reduce dependency friction, and increase responsiveness through training, coaching, and executive advisory.
With a graduate degree in computer science from Stanford University and executive experience at IBM and multiple technology firms, Ken brings a systems-level perspective that bridges strategy and delivery.
