Hello, my name is Kalil Peixoto and i work with Technology since i'm 19. Today i have 26 and i'm more entusiasmated than ever.. I was a developer for more than 5 years and now i'm a System Analyst who wishes that the Agile Manifesto can really change how the Software Engineer works.
The best work environment to work is that where collaboration and delivery are the main principles that the team/company follows..
I fell in love with all the Agile Ideal and so started to study and took my CSM certified so i could change my workplace. This is happening and i hope that our projects will all be developed on this great framework.
