About

Title: Product Experience Designer

As a UX designer with 10+ years of experience, operating between users’ pain points and a company’s business objectives is where I thrive and provide the most value to any project I am involved in. I design responsive digital experiences that allow users to achieve their goals while enabling companies to strengthen their competitive advantage. My many years of experience allow me to leverage human-centered design (HCD), “Jobs To Be Done” (JTBD), and Journey Mapping to foster empathy with all stakeholders. Additionally, I support prioritizing product features within SAFe and Agile sprints, utilizing the design process for rapidly prototyping interactive mockups and proof of concepts.

As a facilitator of many design thinking workshops, my UX research reveals many paths to attaining business goals, allowing me to co-create strategically with all stakeholders for deeper insights that help deliver results. I firmly believe that the stories in a compelling business case are amplified with the right supporting artifacts. To that end, I collaborate with Agile and Scrum teams, using Mural, FigJam, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create hundreds of diagrams for visual storytelling during stakeholder engagements. I tirelessly work on continuous improvement for everything I mentioned while keeping the needs of people at the top of my mind.
