Kelly Mashak

I have over 20 years of experience in the finance industry with 15 years being in the banking software development sector. During this time, I have worn many hats from starting out as a product analyst, moving into the role of Product Manager overlooking Core Solutions and Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Some of the unique experiences I have encountered have been the opportunity to work on a new international core banking platform as well as design a new front end UX software for a legacy platform. This allowed me to actively participate in all facets of the software development life cycle—from RFPs, onsite demos, gap analysis with clients, manage feature roadmap, QA, implementation, and client support. The invaluable experience gained has been instrumental in shaping my success and positioning me to where I am today.

Throughout my professional journey, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences. Whether collaborating with cross-functional teams or providing training sessions, I prioritize transparent and efficient communication to ensure that information is shared comprehensively and fosters a collaborative environment.
