Started Career as Team member in Dec - 2003 for TCS and grown to Delivery Manager a current role i am playing in a complext and critical engagement at Mexico.

Until 2010, exposed to typical Waterfall Model projects for leading US Credit Bureau customer.

In 2010, After moving to Major Banking Customer i myself exposed and got trained for Agile Methodologies in TCS Internal Workshop.

Since July 2011 has been playing critical roles in carrying projects in Scrum Methodology.

I have been certified as CSM in Dec-2013, Since then playing a dedicated Scrum Master Role for projects.

Along with that has taken up the initiative of Training teams to give awareness on Scrum Methodology. Close to 50 team members have been trained in 2014 alone towards this objective. Suggested customers to adopt Scrum Methodology wherever its applicable.
