About
Kim Lauwers is a communicative and team oriented agilist who likes to get things done in a pragmatical way.
He started his career as a Java developer and immediately participated in an eXtreme Programming team which evolved to a Scrum team. And as you know, once you go Scrum, you never return. ;-)
Since then, Kim participated in many different Scrum teams, as an agile developer, a ScrumMaster or a Product Owner. Also he has been part of teams which where transforming into agile teams.
