Katy Knowles

I am a manager within the Deloitte’s Programme Leadership group that specialise in providing a full range of advisory, delivery and information services to clients who are planning or undertaking major transformations, delivering portfolios of projects or one-off huge investment programmes. I have almost 5 years of experience supporting clients in a number of industries within the Private Sector, with a particular focus on the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Industry. PRINCE 2, Management of Portfolios, MSP and APMG Agile Practitioner with a capability in managing matrix and geographically dispersed teams of mixed consultants, clients and 3rd parties to deliver change successfully. Prior to Deloitte, I spent 3 years at BT, fulfilling a variety of positions, allowing me to develop a range of transferable skills. I am a self-starter who remains flexible and eager to learn. Specialties: My key areas of expertise are; problem-solving, business development, stakeholder engagement, project & programme management, governance design, quality assurance, business improvement, driving strategic change, benefits tracking and savings realisation.
