Throughout my 25+ year career within the Technology Space, I have had the honor to work at Exulant, Agile Transformers, Daugherty, NASA, Boeing, Harris Corp, Byrne Software, Cunningham Research, Agile Transformers and owning my own firm, ExpandUrMind. Throughout my career, I have provided Agile transformation, Agile Adoption, Lean Agile Mindset, thought leadership, strategic planning, enterprise level improvement and process efficiencies via a lean agile mindset and technical development / advisement to key clients such as ; NASA, Anthem, Anheuser-Bush/InBev, Anheuser-Busch, Centene, RGAx, Charter, and Express Scripts, to name a few. I have committed myself to a high standard of an lean agile thinking, critical thinking, design thinking and technical leadership achieving measurable results in the alignment of mission-critical systems with evolving business needs, values, and goals. Through my efforts, I have supported the highly successful agile transformations, business growth through sales, market share or through cost reduction.
