I’m a facilitator, coach, and consultant. While my background is heavy in Human-centered design, I leverage the power of those methodologies for more than just products. Thinking like a designer begins and ends with humans in mind. My firm belief is that most companies have not truly tapped into the potential of the talent they already have, and my goal is to help them change that by mobilizing people to solve problems together that they couldn’t solve on their own.
