Extensive experience in Agile Transformation and Digital Transformation and TDD/BDD Methodologies with pair programming from project initiation stage until go live.
Extensive experience in onshoring and offshoring of technology delivery. Experience in Establishing and Mentoring in-house off-shore Teams for key deliveries to achieve cost efficiencies. Managing Vendor deliver teams in managed services delivery model.
Extensive exposure to all phases of SDLC including Production support (Ideation/Discover, Define, Develop and Deploy) . Exposure to implementation and Rollouts of various Banking products (Treasury Management, Clearing and Payment Systems, Custody System) for different ASPAC countries
