My personal Agile Coaching style emphasizes active listening, clarifying questions, and value stream mapping to gain deep understanding of the inputs and outputs of a team/enterprise before doing anything. I've found that teams are often constrained by complex requirements that canned solutions/frameworks do not account for out-of-the-box where even "easy changes" can butterfly effect into major failures at scale.
As a Consultant, I have implemented specific solutions/frameworks for specific problems, lasting until the market, business, or culture changed. As an Agile Coach, I have coached and cultivated durable thought leadership within large organizations so teams and leaders can solve their own problems and continue delivering nimble, predictable value as quickly and efficiently as possible.
