I’m a software engineer with 15 years of experience. I'm enthusiastic about the philosophy of Extreme Programming (XP) and I've been practicing it for the majority of my career. I believe software engineering is a social activity and it’s time to challenge the status quo and enter into an age of team-oriented, people-first technology practices.
