I specialise in All Things Agile: Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, Automated Testing, Continuous Integration and DevOps.
I am a Certified Scrum Professional and member of the British Computer Society. I promote Lean practices including Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration and was involved in the building of the test framework for PICK/Universe developed at Travis Perkins..
I coached a DevOps team in Kanban, and invented a Kanban Funnel Board, similar to the Hopper Model but allowing Epics and Features into the upper reaches of the hopper.
I facilitate retrospectives for teams and coach them to continuously improve.
I enjoy improving team excellence, am very approachable and will always help a colleague to overcome a problem.
