I'm currently serving as a Director of IT where I'm able to use my industry experience to promote and influence change. I have been able to apply Scrum Principles at my current job and have trained more than 40 people on the proper way to use Scrum. Using proper Scrum techniques have helped our development team crank out work at 30-40 percent higher velocity. It's also allowed teams to provide feedback at a more rapid rate to assure better sprints. Having Scrum process in place have allowed teams across the board to grow and come up with better ways to strengthen the program.
