As an Agile Practitioner, I've been working for about 3 years as a Scrum Master and 2 years as Product Owner. My path took me to Scrum by chance but once I learnt about it I felt it was the right name for the way I see that people need to interact with each other. I'm an Scrum practitioner more than a Scrum Master or Product Owner specifically as depending on the team needs I take one or the other role. Initially I worked as a Business and Technical Consultant, so I visited a lot of customers, understanding their needs and implementing an ERP solution based on it. Once I moved into a Development team, I partially worked as a Scrum Master but still very close to the Product Owner, as he was very happy to help me, he made me also take part on the Product definition. Later I've been working for 2 companies as Scrum Master and Agile Lead until I moved for purely Product Owner. Nowadays I'm continuously challenged and challenging everyone in the company in order to get the best possible Product MVP that later we can iterate on.
