In ambiguous environments, I have delivered user-centered, data-driven products including front-end software, back-end platforms, consumer products (from napkin-sketch to store-shelf) educational programs, operations process improvement efforts and hundreds of multi-media/ video/ CX projects.

- Developing baseline and success metrics, user stories and technical requirements, leading daily, weekly and quarterly scrum and sprint planning, grooming, UAT, adoption and ongoing platform and product health.
- Prioritization activities including management of trade-offs between cost, schedule, strategic objectives, resourcing and customer benefits.
- Juggling multiple large cross-team products and functions simultaneously.
