Joseph Skoblar is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and experienced Team Leader with a passion for continuous process improvement, aiming to enable teams through focused coaching/ professional development to increase team and individual capability.

He has a strong Customer Focus and a “lead from the front/ servant leadership” style, has excellent general IT knowledge gained from over 20 years’ experience across many disciplines such as Application Development, Business Support, Incident Management, Operational Support, Project suppoort, Infrastructure and Asset Management.
