Jason Ruen

Jason Ruen is the Chief Operating Officer at Project Phoenix, LLC, a startup technology company with the mission of connecting the disconnected.  Project Phoenix builds custom web applications for clients and also develops internal projects including AegisFlow and PxDB Core.  Prior to joining Project Phoenix, Jason was Senior Manager of Systems Engineering at HERE Technology's global production facility in Fargo where he led a team of engineers responsible for supporting the launch of new products, tools and processes, and driving continuous efficiency and quality improvements for map operations. Jason is a graduate of North Dakota State University where he received his B.S. in Geology.
