Coming from the gaming industry where I started using Scrum as a Scrum Master and then a Scrum Product Owner, I switched to a full development team since 2016.

I am currently Scrum Master at Instant Magazine where I am working with multiple teams and disciplinary on a full drag and drop editor tool enabling users to create nice publications without any technical knowledge involved.
I worked on the project since the very beginning and we now released its MVP version, constantly improving it.
