My passion is to help companies and leaders to simplify processes, unify teams and boost efficiency through the introduction of Agile and Lean principles. 

To develop an Agile leadership should include these aspects: authenticity, adaptability to change, no fear, respect, continuous innovation, simplicity, humility, honesty, focus, compromise, think out of the box, servant leadership, think systemically, assume the doubt, fail and conflict as an essential part of growth, empathy, non violent communication, empowerment and openness. 

These concepts briefly summarise my philosophy in both life and work, and are the basis of the tools I use for coaching teams and organisations in their path to success.

With an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), I have held different IT roles during the last eight years at Hotelbeds Group, the world’s leading bed bank in the accommodation industry (Software Developer, Project and Program Manager, Scrum Master). I have acted as CTO of one of the fastest growing units within the group, Roiback, where I sponsored an Agile transformation.

Prior to that, I participated in big consulting projects such as the opening of the new T1 Terminal at Barcelona Airport, R&D tax incentives management at Siemens AG and a new digital signature platform for a state-owned company, among other exciting stories.
