About
Jessica Oleksik: After obtaining my Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology, I started my career with an interest in how people interact with one another in order to accomplish a common goal. I quickly became enthusiastic about team leadership and maximizing workplace efficiency, and took on various roles including consulting, training, and management. As my time as a manager continued, I became more interested in what it means to coach rather than manage, and how to maximize team morale to then increase efficiency. When I discovered Scrum, it completely reshaped what it meant to me to be a coach and efficient team member. I am now so passionate about what Scrum has to offer to individual members, teams, and organizations alike.
