Finding new ways to fail in both technology and practice of agile. Currently working as an Architect on an agile team and influencing other teams to be agile as well. It’s been both a challenge and rewarding to figure out where architecture belongs on agile teams as well as within organizations that are very large. The only advice I have: Context matters as does the willingness to get down and dirty. Ivory tower architecture is a thing of the past. Figuring out the boundaries of an agile product owner, project manager, scrum master, product owner and architect should be discussed with the assumption everyone is doing their best job.
