Jacqueline Metrowich

I have been a Scrum Master, then an Agile Coach, since 2011; guiding teams and organisations to deliver products and projects that will please their customers and their creators. I enjoy working with teams and management in facilitating collaboration, problem solving, learning and continuous improvement.

I was introduced to Agile Teams, Scrum and the Agile Manifesto while working as an IT project manager in 2009. I took to the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto as they validated my instinctive approach to doing things which was often against the status quo. The Scrum framework provides just enough structure to deliver complex projects or products.

I am enjoying the ongoing learning, discovering and researching new ways of doing things.
