Janine Mattson

In early 2011 I began working in an Agile Scrum focused environment within the IT App Development group at Ceridian Benefit Services. During my first year on a Scrum team, I completed both Scrum Master and Product Owner trainings. My experiences at Ceridian included roles as a Six Sigma Black Belt and later an IT Project Manager. Afer 12.5 years at Ceridian/Fidelity Information Services (FIS) Global, I started my current opportunity in April 2015 as a Scrum Master in IT at WellCare Health Plans; which evolved into my current "Scrum Master II" role at Centene Corporation. I want to continue to learn and grow my knowledge and experience as comprehensively as I can.  I want to be able to continuously add to my learnings so that I am able to be a strong contributor both in the place I work and in the Agile/Scrum community.
