Jeff Kosciejew

I have over ten years of project management experience gained across the Finance, Telecommunications, Loyalty, Construction, Health Care, and Retail industry verticals. Over my career, I have lead, and been part of teams, ranging from three to 45 people, delivering innovative and pragmatic software solutions for a variety of clients.

I have an extremely versatile skill set, leading large projects, serving as a Scrum Master or Product Owner for Agile teams, coordinating multiple teams, and defining specific, detailed project requirements for teams to act. I posess a wealth of practical experience leading projects using a range of delivery methods/frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and yes, waterfall (PMBoK), among others.  I am a talented facilitator of project ideation and scope definition sessions, helping map business needs & objectives to a technical solution that delivers measurable return on investment. 

I have taught Project Management courses at college, taught and consulted with companies as an Agile Coach & Agile BA, am currently a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
