Former CTO for InnerLogic, a division of Vertis. InnerLogic was an Internet media ISV with a focus on brand building and strategic marketing. InnerLogic was caught up in the economic backlash following 9/11 and Vertis elected to reallocate their resources to focus on their core competencies which center around the printing and pre-press industry. Director of IT for several Exhibit and TradeShow companies. Previously Application Development Manager for Zachry [], an EPC firm. I work for the Engineering group that specializes in the design and construction of both Power and Process Facilities [Biofuels, Fossil Fuels based Power Plants, Renewable Energy, etc.]. Currently Manager of Engineering Information Systems where I lead a team in the support and management of a number of Engineering Design and CAD/Modeling applicaitons as well as a small development team. We use SCRUM to build and support various LOB apps as well as several SharePoint solutions.

Managed a small team of developers using Waterfall. Following my CSM certification in November of 2007, we fully implemented SCRUM. Introduced the use of daily standups, backlogs, product owners, weekly code-review, sprint planning, Hudson (later Jenkins) Continuous Integration server, Microsoft Team Foundation Server with the Scrum Dashboard for sprint management and enforced these tools and techniques across numerous projects and numerous sprints.
