I have 13 years of experience testing software applications for both internal and web-based CRM systems. This experience includes creating and executing Use Cases, Test plans, Test Scripts and creating Test reports during and after the testing phase. I have developed test metrics, testing suites and defect libraries. My skill set also includes working in Agile and Waterfall environments, requirement gathering, assisting with software design, User Acceptance Testing, and providing production support to users after production releases. I have experience with creating and documenting full regression test, end-to-end testing, and functional testing. I understand the principles of automation testing and have tested applications in both Android and iOS systems. Having previous experience working as a Liaison, I have learned to work with both analyst and development teams, both Stateside and abroad, to create the best possible product for our customers that is safe and user friendly. My career path has allowed me to work in several different industries including Healthcare, Biopharma, Telecommunications, Finance and Customer Service, which has given me keen insights to how businesses operate.
