Joshua Indech
About
Joshua Indech has a passion for helping people meet their objectives in their life and their work. He started practicing scrum since April 2014 and earned the formal certification on November 2015.
He started out in the hard sciences studying alternative bio-fuels at the University of Georgia, where he earned his degree in Biochemistry and Molecular biology.
Josh joined Hudson Insurance Group in March 2014. While with Hudson, his team's primary objective was to increase profit center bandwidth without reducing the number of people working for a team. Many of the initiatives that were projected to be 24 months were shortened to a 3 month turn-around for all deliverables, in addition to contributing agile thought leader for the business process optimization department.
In 2016 - Josh joined Equifax in its largest organizational transformation in its 110 year history. He led high value projects sized at 100s of thousand dollars in revenue realization and relationship stability across 20 customers and contributed as the projects product owner for 2 years. The same projects that used to take years to complete were compmleted in a matter of 3-11 months and contributed to the organizational chagne to agile. In 2019, Equifax USIS busines unit formed its Product Architecture group in which he serves as Capability Architect today.
He currently Lives in Georgia with his loving wife Ellie
