I have over 10 years of diversified experience and background in multiple areas including information technology and services, sales and business development processes, safety and regulatory compliance, quality, and business operations.
In my current role, I report directly into Schneider Electric's NAM Enterprise IT CIO and will be supporting our Agile Transformation Journey across North America.
As we adopt a new Agile mindset, we will be OPEN to change and EMBRACE different ways of working to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Part of our Agile Transformation will be to move away from the traditional hierarchical organizational models to small, self-organizing teams. Overarching goal is to embrace and thrive in a flexible, collaborative, self-organizing, fast changing environment.
Our digital transformation requires business agility, applying the lessons of Agile to the entire organization, and making sure we have full transparency to understand the true definition of Agile. To be a successful Agile Organization, we will need to understand the “why” in order to help create the “how”.
