- Leading and participating in successful Agile transformations for large and small companies, mainly in the Financial Services and Insurance industries.
After more than 2o years of hands-on waterfall software development, and the challenges that go along with that, I was introduced to Agile and it changed my life! Seeing first-hand how Agile solved so many of the problems I had experienced, I set out on a mission to share those learnings with other companies, large and small, so they too could experience the many benefits of becoming an Agile organization.
