A dedicated, hard-working individual, determined, with a strong drive to learn. A good complex problem solver, able to direct and lead different types of people to a conclusion, getting creative ideas from them and helping implement those ideas on real-world projects. I have a strong commercial awareness of the challenges businesses face and a strong inclination towards client service and problem resolution.

As a Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager, I lead projects from their discovery and initial requirements phase, down to their execution and final hand-over. Coordinating work tasks, communications and deliverables between stakeholders, while building highly motivated and self-organizing Teams that can deliver passionately and efficiently on their work.

Having had a technical background as a Drupal developer and Magento Front-end Technical Lead.

Following my core value of helping prople achieve their goals, it is my focus to help implement, grow and maintain Agile Project Management techniques and frameworks in projects and Organizations. As well as to facilitate continuous improvement of Agile Methodologies into daily operations and interactions in order to create successful and enjoyable experiences for all parties.

I spent three years living in London, where I studied business. During my time abroad, I managed, maintained and developed end-to-end Drupal projects with my own portfolio of Clients.
