I have worked in the Computer Industry for over 41 years at a technical level and have embraced Agile for over 10 years.
I have been involved in both large and small projects across a variety of industries, including banking, insurance and retail and have led development teams of 20+ developers as well as delivering multi-million pound projects in the UK and NZ.
As an IT Consultant I have travelled to and worked in United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Oman
I am always looking to challenge myself, so I can use my wealth of experience to take any organisation forward with innovative thinking.
For the last 25 years, I have been a ScrumMaster, Product Owner and Development Manager. I have developed I.T. Strategies for companies which have been focused on leading edge technology, based on Microsoft and Mobile technologies.
I have a high level awareness and familiarity in IT with regard to best practices and a thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure. I have a strong skill set in contracting, negotiating, organisation development/change management, Project management, technology trends, the political and legislative process and strategic planning.
To further my business skills completed two years of evening school to study for an accounting qualification –
C.I.M.A. (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) Stages I & II.
