I'm a Sr. Service Manager for the Intranet/Search and KM (KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT) for the Employee Experience Services group in the I/T organization at Dow Inc. In this role, I have the responsibility for leading architectural designs and development of the back-end infrastructure as well as new application as per requirements. I've started at Dow in Aratu, Brazil on January 1, 1976 as a Plant Operator. Areas that I've contributed include many operational areas such as Site Maintenance, Material Management, and Human Relations. I've transitioned to I/T for the first time in 1985. In 1990, I was transferred to Guaruja site in Sao Paulo, Brazil as a Shipping Coordinator. In 1995, I was transferred to Dow headquarters in Sao Paulo as a System Administrator for ISC (Integrated Supply Chain). I've joined the SAP R/2 Implementation team in 1998 as Order Management Specialist having taken part in the implementation of the Order Management modules in Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Mexico, and Brazil. In 2000, I joined the Alliance Center (Dow and Accenture) in Southfield - Michigan and moved with my family to the USA (United States). There I joined the MyAccount@Dow Innovate & Improve team as Sr. Architecture Specialist. Additionally, I worked as a Sr. Architecture Specialist in the Technology Management team for the eCommerce platform. In 2007 I moved to the EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) Innovate & Improve team as one of the Architecture Specialists for the REACH program implementation for Europe. In 2010, the Next Enterprise Architecture project team engaged me to deliver Product Safety, Order Checks, Dangerous Goods Management and Deliver Reports (Materials Safety Data Sheets) for all SAP Implementation Milestones globally of the EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) modules. In 2015 I moved to the Diamond Systems Analytics team to lead a newly created Innovation team to develop and deploy mobile application the top Executive team. These mobile applications combine data from the Diamond System Reporting System (SAP BW) as well the Dow Systems Analytics Data Lake. In 2019 I've joined the EXS (Experience Services) team as a Sr. Service Manager for the Intranet Web Hosting, Enterprise Search and Knowledge Management group. I studied Management Information Systems at Faculdades Radial in Sao Paulo – Brazil and at Wayne State University in Detroit - USA. I'm a Scrum Master certified by the Scrum Alliance and an SAP TERP10 certified.
