I think I was destined to be a programmer when I could spend the time to find those little syntax or small logical problems in my code while in college and cheer afterwards because I fixed it, instead of getting depressed. I just love to solve problems and it is great that I can do that with programming or when working with a programming team. I will tell you up front that I am not a computer genius or a coding monkey who lives on my computer night and day but that I have a unique set of skills that I feel make me valuable. I am a logical, smart person who can communication clearly to both those entirely focused in the code, as well as, to the managers and people involved in an entire project. I am an organized, hard working, individual who loves to learn and have fun as part of a team. 

I have been developing since I was a junior in college and I was lucky to have one of the companies I worked for give me hands on experience working on a Scrum Team. I was able to both experience being a Team Member, as well as, a Scrum Master and to be honest I THRIVED in the environment Scrum created at that company. I didn't realize at the moment but since, I have learned of my love for software processes and this team culture that can be created.
