Juan Carlos Defaz is a team leadership, innovation and continuous training to provide in the management of the organization with the knowledge and experience acquired in the field of information technology, strategic planning and enterprise architecture, in line with technological changes that add value to the business.
Always focused on innovation, I have motivated the teams I've managed to adopt new paradigms for implementing activities related to the development of new and legacies systems activities. In my quest for continuous improvement I visualized the opportunity for improvement in delivering value to clients for whom I worked with the use of agile frameworks and more specifically work with SCRUM.
Agile approaches help deliver customer value in the early stages, allowing the team to receive the necessary feedback to make changes to adapt to changing business requirements.
